Reflexology
Reflexology practices a pressure point map of the entire muscular/skeletal as well as contributing detoxification of internal systems. Equally, It is an "instant relaxer" for stressed out, overworked bodies. Reflexology is beneficial for your whole body! Included in your massage or "solely" as a half hour treatment.
Reflexology sessions are your choice, on your feet or hands!
Half hour sessions ("solely" without massage) ~ $30

Add this treatment to receive "double the kneed" attention, on feet or hands. Relaxing specific areas such as the neck, working mind, neck issues or digestion trouble, just to name a few!
Aromatherapy
Aromatherapy is an age old practice. The concentration of plants and flowers carry specific properties to relieve and renew your body and mind. Oils are "Rain dropped" (Rain Drop Treatment) or Misted on the skin with a massage treatment. Oils enter through the combination of skin and olfactory senses. Your body immediately receives oxygen and benefits to the specific areas of each oil.
For example Oregano is proved to help, scoliosis of the spine, and powerful antioxidant and immunity support, nature's strongest antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, anti-viral, anti-fungal, anti-bacterial, lymphatic stimulator,and supporting respiratory system. Through Great technological advancement by Dr. Young, I can offer the highest quality in oils. I do not suggest buying essential oils without knowing every step in the manufacturing process.Remember, essential oils if not properly manufactured can be deadly to you or your child.

Massage is the best treatment because it renews and revives every system in your body including your energy system! After receiving massages you are transformed into connecting and knowing your body, being more aware of your own space and reviving ease from repetitive work movements. Getting to know what your body is trying to communicate is a powerful insight.
Massage can also be used as a form of meditation. The relaxation you receive allows you to let go and gives an opportunity to experience subconscious mind, getting in touch with your physical, emotional, and multidimensional healing. Hot Stone Massage
Naturally formed basalt stones direct from Hawaii are heated and used for a full body massage to penetrate and melt away stress and tension. Cool stones are placed to relax the facial muscles for your reflection time, at the end of your 75 or 90 minute massage.
